Quick funny Zen story

Ok, only funny cuz he wasn't injured.

Last night Zen dreamed he was escaping from something and jumped a fence - and fell out of bed, breaking the nightstand on his side. He got up, got back into bed, assured me he was fine, and was asleep again almost immediately.

Me too! And he was totally nonchalant about it.

Though he has been complaining that his knee hurts, wonder if he did injure himself after all.

I always wonder how people can go back to sleep so quickly after something like that happens. :D

To be fair, it was an old, kinda rickety nightstand. My nightstand is solid wood, if I were to fall off and hit it I would be in a world of hurt.

He's one of those people who can fall asleep anytime anywhere, usually in 2 minutes or less. I'm jealous. :)

Right! I gaspingly asked "are you OK?!?!?" and he said "yeah?" as though literally nothing had happened.

The part that makes this especially hilarious to me, is that he just went right back to sleep as if nothing had happened.

glad it gave you a laugh! It was also hilarious that when I (shocked and worried) asked "are you ok??!?!" he said "Yeah?" As though nothing had happened. Sheesh. :)
